Responsibilities
Humana's Marketing Organization is looking for a Marketing Campaign Professional to join the Group Medicare and Specialty Marketing team working remote in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the delivery of marketing campaigns - via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work as a part of a cross functional team and guide communications from requirements gathering to market launch as well as report on outcomes. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to effectively manage competing (at times conflicting) priorities and be comfortable with general instructions on new assignments. You will also need or be able to quickly develop an understanding of how group health insurance works - including an understanding of the roles which agents, brokers, consultants and employers play in the commercial health insurance space.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for marketing, sales, and operations to support campaign delivery
Manage the collection of campaign requirements from business partners
Lead the campaign build process with developers from kick-off to campaign launch
Enhance speed to market by partnering with design to create reusable campaign templates
Work with the reporting team to develop dashboards that meet business partner needs
Support the creation of marketing journeys that pioneer new communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related degree
2 years of experience in Communications
Member/Consumer Experience design experience
Creativity and brand design knowledge/experience
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to presentation skills to leadership
Working knowledge of all Microsoft programs
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Strategic Provider Communication experience

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.
Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)
Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
