The PVH Communications team is responsible for identifying and creating compelling content and experiences to engage, inspire and empower our audiences. Together our job is to build our corporate brand, amplify our corporate reputation, drive communications & engagement, and create content for our channels.
The primary focus of this Coordinator, Communications role is supporting the Associate & HR communications team in creating comprehensive, multi-channel communications strategies for our associate audiences.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support the creation communications strategies to engage associates across all channels (e.g. email, intranet, associate app, PVH.com, social media and other portals as appropriate)
Play an active role identifying and crafting high-impact messages tie that tie functional initiatives to our company’s overall vision, strategic priorities, values and leadership behaviors.
Draft and distribute memos and other written materials that are both informative and creatively engaging
Measure the effectiveness of communication tactics and make recommendations on how to evolve and increase engagement
Create high-level recaps with recommendations on learnings to improve strategies over time
Draft and support the development of communication strategy presentations to present to internal stakeholders
Partner with corporate branding team to ensure brand guidelines are reflected at all touch points
General Team Support:
Conduct research and benchmarking projects to provide valuable insights to team
Work confidently under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail
Schedule executive level meetings, prepare meeting materials, create outlines / take notes, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 2-4 years of marketing, communications and/or writing experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing
Skills: Strong writer, project management skills, creative/design
