Then the Talent Marketing Copywriter position is right for you.As the Copywriter on the Splunk Talent Marketing team, you will help bring to life Splunku2019s Employer Value Proposition by crafting and editing a suite of global content that helps us to improve awareness and brand perception. Your work will target internal and external audiences and be published via multiple channels including our careers website, social media, blogs, video, podcasts, and direct candidate and employee communication. You will work directly with business teams, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing, to produce content that helps raise awareness of our culture, people, diversity, and work-life by sharing authentic employee experiences that resonate with employees, jobseekers, and passive candidates.About the Team:The Splunk Talent Marketing team is responsible for authentically communicating the Splunk Employee Value Proposition and attracting Splunkers to join us. Our team champions our talent brand internally and externally to support our hiring and retention goals. Together, the team aims to elevate our employer reputation and increase brand awareness through our talent marketing strategy, channels, content and campaigns both internally and externally.Responsibilities:This role will be the main point of contact for all Talent Marketing messaging and copy-related initiatives targeting candidates and employees globally.Craft a wide variety of recruiter talking points, recruiter outreach, and long-form job board articles and article templates, all with the overarching goal to help Splunk attract and hire the best talent.Closely partnering with Splunk Marketing to develop new Talent Marketing guidelines and marketing toolkits that ladder up to the Splunk Customer brand and creative.Build and grow a Talent Marketing messaging toolkit which will include marketing assets and templates in support of TA and HR (internal and external) as well as segmented toolkits for critical internal and external audiences.Copywriting support for the Splunk digital advertising, the career site (landing pages), video scripts, social media, blog, and podcast scripts as well as for internal online communication platforms.Create and lead an intake process for copywriting including criteria to prioritize requests, managing your own workload to ensure deliverables are completed on time.Write, proofread, and edit a high-volume of copy across internal and external marketing channels to support our voice, messaging and branding standards, and driving adherence to writing best practices.Youu2019ll think big about ways to elevate our brand showcasing our dedication to being an equitable, inclusive and diverse employer.Qualifications:An available online portfolio5 yearsu2019 experience in content marketing, writing, and copyediting across channelsProficient in Adobe Suite tools to complete minor design and copy edits.Experience across marketing channels (broadcast and online video, digital, social, etc)Able to change customer perceptions and behavior with compelling concepts and copywritingExcellent presentation skills u2013 both within the department and to stakeholdersOutstanding attention to detail, excellent grammar and copy-writing skillsThink and act both strategically and tacticallyAble to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentWe value diversity at our company.
