Humana IT is looking for an experienced communicator and culture lead who knows how to build and execute communications and culture strategies that evoke emotion and drive people to action. The IT Communications and Culture team is looking for an individual who loves collaboration, is highly driven, organized, creative, self-motivated, and who has experience working in an agile environment. Responsibilities

Humana is seeking an IT Communications and Culture Lead that will:


Work in close collaboration with IT area/initiative teams and leadership to support their success by developing strategic communications plan(s), as part of an overall organizational change management strategy.
Develop and deliver messaging and content designed to drive desired change relative to the needs of the areas/initiatives, including supporting initiatives that are highly complex and substantial.
Develop and deliver creative multimedia content and compelling storytelling packages that reinforce Humana's brand, culture and customer-centric approach.
Leverage data and analytics to inform and adjust strategy and implementation.
Provide guidance and support to foster effective communication among initiative teams as needed.
Provide support for the administration of IT's internal communications channels and processes.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, consulting, public relations or related field
5 years of employee communications, culture and/or change management experience
Proven expertise in developing communications and culture strategies that drive results and creative decision making
Passion for emerging technologies and healthcare
Adept at data, technology and analytics
