JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is looking for an experienced multimedia Brand Journalist to produce compelling storytelling through all forms of media, including video (live and produced), audio, photo, social, graphic design, web and written platforms. The content produced will bring Cintas' corporate narrative to life, and inform, motivate, inspire, train and/or influence varying audiences, most especially our 40,000-plus employee-partners. The position will work closely with employee-partners from all levels and functions of the company and will help develop a new corporate storytelling strategy.   Responsibilities are, but not limited to:  

*Serve as the primary corporate storyteller and create compelling multimedia content that brings Cintas' corporate narrative to life in an engaging way. *Identify, develop, produce and deliver end-to-end projects that may include video, audio, written text, photo, graphics and/or social deliverables for various audiences. *Collaborate with a wide range of employee-partners to identify stories and themes that will resonate with our employee-partners *Support other digital content projects to meet cross-functional business goals. *Maintain up-to-date project statuses, including project briefs, time tracking, meeting and project notes, budget charges, and edits/changes using a project management portal. *Ensure all content meets both brand standards and clients' requirements while fostering productive, collaborative relationships. *Travel up to 25% of the time.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

*At least 2 years full-time experience as a content creator in a news, corporate, agency, entertainment, educational or sports setting *Demonstrated track record as a strong storyteller and dynamic content creator *Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite *Experience shooting and editing digital video and photos *Excellent writing, editing and oral communications skills *Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-centered approach *Must be able to balance multiple projects simultaneously *Outstanding attention to detail *Must be a self-starter
 

Preferred:

*Multimedia journalism experience and/or broadcast journalism experience, including shooting and editing *Bachelor's degree in a related field *Other skills: graphic design, animation/3D graphics, audio production, live digital/streamed event production
